Nexeo HR is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to support warehouse and logistics operations at a high-volume distribution center in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities
• Perform cycle counts, audit counts, and inventory consolidations to ensure stock accuracy.
• Manage stock replenishments to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent shortages.
• Accurately process and verify inventory using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as JDA/Blue Yonder or SAP.
• Process and organize product returns through reverse logistics procedures, including inspection and restocking.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies by collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting issues to leadership.
• Assist with inventory analysis and suggest process improvements to streamline warehouse operations.
• Safely operate stand-up reach forklifts to transport materials as needed within the warehouse.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces in compliance with company safety protocols.
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet productivity and accuracy standards.
Qualifications
• Required: 2 years of experience in inventory control, material handling, or warehouse operations.
• Required: Experience operating stand-up reach forklifts.
• Required: Proficiency with RF scanners and familiarity with WMS software (JDA, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.).
• Ability to conduct accurate counts and maintain records in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and adaptability.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Screening Requirements: Must pass a 10-year national background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Pay
$20.00 - $22.50 Per Hour
Schedule
A1 Shift (Weekdays): $20.00 Per Hour | Tuesday - Friday, 6 :00AM to 5:00 PM
A2 Shift (Weeknights): $21.50 Per Hour | Tuesday - Friday, 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM
B1 Shift (Weekend Days): $22.50 Per Hour | Saturday - Monday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
B2 Shift (Weekend Nights): $22.50 Per Hour | Saturday - Monday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
