This role includes managing the receipt and dispatch of IT hardware, software, and associated components. Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and organize IT hardware and software packages for delivery to various departments or organizational locations. Ensure all distributions are accurate, timely, and meet the specific needs of the recipients.

• Oversee and fulfill internal requests for IT equipment, such as computers, peripherals, and networking devices. Ensure orders are accurately picked, and delivered.

• Conduct regular inspections of IT equipment to identify damages, defects, or discrepancies. Promptly document and report any issues to the appropriate team for resolution.

• Keep the IT warehouse clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety standards and company protocols.

• Package, label, and coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers to ensure timely, secure and accurate deliveries.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing IT equipment, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and readily accessible for auditing and reporting.

• Assist the IT team with testing, configuring, and setting up hardware and software to meet operational requirements.

• Adhere to company policies and IT industry standards for the safe handling, storage, and transportation of IT equipment.

• Provide first-level support by identifying and resolving basic IT equipment issues. Escalate complex problems to the IT support team for further assistance.

• Work closely with IT team members and other departments to understand their requirements and deliver proactive, efficient support tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse/logistics or similar experience required (data center experience preferred, but not required).

• Experience operating forklift machinery (Cherry Picker, Pallet Jack, etc.)

• Familiarity with IT hardware and software, including safe handling practices for a variety of IT equipment, is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.

• Demonstrated ability to focus on accuracy and precision while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong dedication to maintaining a safe, organized, and secure work environment in compliance with company policies & industry standards.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.

• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite is required.

• Must pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screen.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods.

• Soft Skills: Adaptability, teamwork, and exceptional problem-solving skills are preferred.

• Reliability: Demonstrated commitment and dependability are essential for success in this role.

Pay

$21.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Full-Time | Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday
