Responsibilities
• Operate CNC machines, lasers, press brakes, or shears to produce precision parts.
• Perform quality checks and ensure all products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing steel-toed or leather boots.
• Assist in setup, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance of machines.
Qualifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience with CNC machines, lasers, press brakes, or shears is highly transferable and preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability and responsibility for past jobs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to long-term employment.
Pay
$16.00 to $20.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM | 10-hour shift | 4 days a week with set weekday off
Swing Shift | 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM | Monday - Thursday | Optional Friday Shift | 6:30 AM- 4:30 PM
7 Days On/ 7 Days Off Swing Shift | Monday – Thursday 12-hour shift | Friday- Saturday 9-hour shift | Sunday 6-hour shift | Paid for additional 8 hours weekly as compensation for this unique schedule
Weekend Shift | 10 AM – 8 PM | Friday – Sunday | 36 hours worked but paid for 40!
