Nexeo HR is seeking a qualified Machine Operator to join our team in St. George, UT . In this role, you will be responsible for operating filling and packaging machines , ensuring they run efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
- Prepare machines for startup, ensuring all settings are optimized for production.
- Safely operate two machines during your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
- Replace rubber, Teflon, and top seal tape as required to maintain machine functionality.
- Perform film changes for production runs, handling up to 40 lbs. of film efficiently.
- Possess a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and apply them for the job.
- Make necessary adjustments to side, bottom, and top seals, as well as die cuts, to ensure optimal product quality.
- Clear and adjust feed rolls to resolve jams and maintain smooth production flow.
- Ensure accurate product weights by making the required adjustments.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time throughout your shift.
- Assist with the assembly of boxes and cartons for packaging.
- Support the team by placing boxes and cartons on pallets for shipment.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by your supervisor to ensure continuous production efficiency.

Day Shift | 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM | Monday - Friday
