Responsibilities
• Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with mail-related inquiries and requests.
• Maintain organization within the mailroom to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure proper handling and delivery of items.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage high volumes of mail/packages.
• Prioritize tasks to handle urgent or time-sensitive deliveries.
• Forklift experience is a plus for unloading and loading freight.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures when handling materials and operating equipment.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience is required.
• Previous experience operating forklifts for at least 1 year is a plus , including electric models such as stand-up reach, cherry picker, and sit-down forklifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for effective communication within the team.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
• Reliable transportation to worksite.
Pay
$19.00 - $21.50 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
