Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Assemble, inspect, and package products while adhering to strict quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Keep workstations clean and organized to support productivity.
- Conduct routine quality checks and promptly report any issues to supervisors.
- Assist with material handling, including loading, unloading, and inventory control, as needed.
Qualifications
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Consistent reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting production goals.
Pay
$21.93 Per Hour
Schedule
Swing Shift | 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM | Monday – Friday
*Overtime as needed
