Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production teams, providing coaching, guidance, and hands-on training to ensure high performance.
- Oversee inline injection molding and thermoforming processes, ensuring machines run efficiently and meet production goals.
- Monitor and maintain production schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure and compliant work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and operational issues, coordinating maintenance when necessary.
- Analyze production data and workflow, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, optimize resources, and support company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inline injection molding and thermoforming techniques.
- Ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Pay
$26.00 - $30.00 Per Hour DOE
Schedule
Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday - Thursday
