Nexeo HR is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in St. George, UT. As a Recruiter you’ll work closely with the clients to deliver exceptional staffing solutions and with candidates to identify ideal placements and assist them through the full onboarding process. Responsibilities
- Process employee applications and ensure new hire paperwork (Application, I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, Health Benefits, Client Onboarding Documents) is completed
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to run reports, identify candidates, update employee records, and complete employee onboarding.
- Utilize various recruiting tools such as our job posting platforms, text messaging software, and more.
- Conduct required and applicable pre-employment qualifications (background checks, drug tests, reference checks, certifications, etc.)
- Engage with candidate leads actively to build a talent pipeline.
- Leverage your network and establish relationships to source top candidates.
- Create accurate and compliant job descriptions.
- Review submitted resumes, conduct pre-screening and second interviews. Assist candidates with resume writing and creation as needed.
- Write submittal paragraphs highlighting the candidates’ qualifications discovered in the interview process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between the client and candidate. Provide interview coaching when necessary.
- Extend job offers to candidates and negotiate terms of employment when necessary.
- Support the payroll process, including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution.
- Perform any other additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Pay : $19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour DOE Commissions Bonus Opportunities
