Recruiting Manager

Nexeo HR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead and oversee our recruiting team in the Las Vegas and Henderson branches. This role is pivotal in driving talent acquisition strategies and ensuring the success of multiple branch locations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with managing a team of recruiters and a strong background in full-cycle recruiting. Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the recruiting team across the Las Vegas and Henderson branches.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure performance, efficiency, and alignment with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a recruiting team.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a goal-driven environment.

Pay

$50k - $55k DOE

*Must meet FLSA requirements

Schedule

Full-Time | Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday 

Work Environment

• This is a full-time position.
• This position is in-office within the Henderson/Las Vegas area.
• This position operates in a professional office environment with no specialized physical demand.
