Remote Technology & Architecture Engineering Manager

Nexeo HR is actively seeking a Remote Technology & Architecture Engineering Manager for a direct hire role in Providence, UT. The Technology & Architecture Engineering Manager will guide two critical teams, the Advanced Technology Group, and the System Architecture Group. As a leader, you will play a key role in advancing system designs and integrating cutting-edge technologies into transformative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and development initiatives to discover and integrate cutting-edge technologies.

• Identify, evaluate, and address technological risks to ensure stability and growth.

• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of technology specialists.

• Establish and maintain scalable, efficient, and robust system architectures.

• Ensure architectural designs align with business objectives and adhere to safety standards.

• Anticipate and resolve design challenges with proactive, strategic problem-solving.

• Foster collaboration and seamless communication across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D or a related technical field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Expertise in autonomy and electrification technologies for robotic applications.

• Strong understanding of system design principles and architectural frameworks.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to foster innovation and drive results in a collaborative environment.

Pay

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Hybrid | Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

*Three days remote, two days in office (preferably Tuesday’s and one other day))

*Must be flexible to work onsite more days if needed
