Nexeo is looking for a driven Sales Representative in Las Vegas, NV to grow B2B sales in custom apparel and promotional products. This role is all about building strong relationships, closing deals, and expanding our presence with corporate clients, distributors, and enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
• Identify and engage corporate buyers, promotional product distributors, event planners, and resellers to grow apparel and merchandise sales.
• Drive new business development through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and industry networking.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Deliver compelling presentations on product offerings, customization options (e.g., screen printing, embroidery), and fulfillment capabilities.
• Prepare and negotiate quotes, pricing structures, volume discounts, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, customer support) to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications in the CRM system.
Qualifications
• 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in custom apparel, printing, promotional products, or branded merchandise.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage key accounts with professionalism and creativity.
• Strong consultative sales mindset with the ability to guide clients through product selection and order processes.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and productivity tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Bonus: Familiarity with screen printing, embroidery, DTG, or print-on-demand platforms.
Pay
$18.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
