Nexeo HR is hiring on behalf of a global leader in authentication and brand protection solutions. We're looking for a skilled and ambitious Senior Accountant to join a high-impact team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of general ledger activity.
• Manage month-end closings and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable, banking, and supply chain accounting.
• Support AR collections and ensure invoice processing meets policy standards.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, cash reviews, and produce weekly/bi-weekly reports.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and generate monthly accruals.
• Contribute to product costing, inventory control, and cost center analysis.
• Prepare bi-weekly cash forecasts.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Support SOX compliance and payroll functions as needed.
• Lead special projects assigned by the Finance Business Partner.
• Assist in internal and external audit support and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• At least 1 year in a manufacturing/cost accounting environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills—able to present insights clearly.
• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Sage MAS100 (required).
• Previous exposure to payroll support or SOX compliance.
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ownership.
• Comfortable working alongside senior management and cross-functional teams.
Pay
$80K-$95K Per Year
Schedule
Day shift | Monday-Friday| 8:00am-5:00pm (requires 3-4 days in the office)
