Job Responsibilities
As a D365 CE Consultant at Nexer Enterprise Applications, you will :
- Active role in Dynamics CRM implementations across all project stages, from discovery to deployment :
- Act as the liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, adeptly managing issues and risks to ensure timely and budget-friendly implementation that aligns with client needs.
- Participate in system architecture development as part of the Technical Team.
- Coordinate with other project developers and the Solution Architect to uphold design and coding best practices, even with remote teams.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client subject matter experts and team.
- Develop and maintain documentation for projects.
- Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to project.
- Consistently meet or beat project budgets and timelines.
- Establish high levels of client satisfaction.
- Assist clients with third-party application integrations.
- Provide training sessions and documentation to new users and clients.
- Demonstrate flexibility with task scheduling.
