What are the responsibilities and job description for the Port St. Lucie - Residential Cleaning Service Contractors Needed position at NexGen Cleaning Services?
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room and other designated spaces
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
- Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain cleanliness standards
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines
Skills:
- Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details in cleaning tasks
- Time management: Efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Communication: Effective verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing cleaning needs or schedules
- Cleaning Certification(s) is a plus
The company will need to hire cleaners that have at least 2 years experience in cleaning and can provide references for previous work. The company will also need to hire individuals with reliable transportation, cleaning insurance and the necessary supplies needed to complete the job.
The contractors should also have a valid driver's license and be willing to undergo a background check. Additionally, the company should ensure that the contractors they hire are familiar with the local laws and regulations regarding the cleaning industry.
We're looking for detail-oriented contractors who can work well and ensure that they are able to complete all of their cleaning responsibilities.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
