Overview:

NexGen Elevation Hub is actively seeking dedicated professionals to join our growing team and make a lasting impact on the lives of at-risk youth. We are looking for a CPA, Program Manager, and Fundraising Coordinator who share our unwavering passion for improving the futures of teens who need it most.

As a fairly new startup, we’ve already established impactful partnerships with leading organizations, including Apple, GCTD, Kroger, ICE, and LIT Gym, among others. We are committed to building an efficient, effective, and transformative team that drives real change within communities.

Program Director Responsibilities

The Program Director is pivotal to NexGen’s success, overseeing the design, execution, and evaluation of all programs to ensure they align with the organization’s mission and objectives. Their role combines strategic planning, leadership, and operational management to deliver impactful and innovative experiences for participants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development and Strategy

  • Design and oversee the implementation of dynamic, participant-centered programs that address personal growth, leadership, safety, and community engagement.
  • Align programs with NexGen’s mission, goals, and values while identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Conduct ongoing research to ensure programming reflects current trends, best practices, and participant needs.

2. Operational Oversight

  • Develop and manage program schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and seamless execution of events, workshops, and activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, such as securing venues, arranging materials, and managing timelines, to guarantee the quality and success of each initiative.
  • Oversee risk management protocols to ensure participant safety and program effectiveness.

3. Team Management and Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, including facilitators, mentors, and volunteers, ensuring alignment with NexGen’s vision and values.
  • Provide leadership and support to the program team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Act as a liaison between staff, participants, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and address needs or concerns.

4. Community and Partner Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
  • Collaborate with the Fundraising Coordinator to integrate programming opportunities with sponsorships, grants, and donor initiatives.
  • Represent NexGen at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities to expand awareness and partnerships.

5. Program Evaluation and Reporting

  • Develop and implement evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness, participant engagement, and impact.
  • Gather feedback from participants, staff, and partners to inform future programming and identify areas for growth.
  • Prepare detailed reports on program outcomes, challenges, and successes for internal use and external stakeholders.

6. Budget and Resource Management

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize program impact while staying within budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor resource allocation to ensure all programs are adequately supported.

7. Innovation and Vision

  • Stay informed about advancements in youth development, leadership training, and educational trends.
  • Develop pilot programs or initiatives that introduce new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Adapt programs to address the evolving needs of participants, ensuring NexGen remains a leader in youth development.

8. Program Promotion and Outreach

  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote programs and increase participation.
  • Highlight success stories, program achievements, and participant feedback to showcase NexGen’s impact and inspire further engagement.
  • Serve as an ambassador for NexGen, articulating the value of programs and their contributions to participants and the community.
