Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new sales growth while maintaining the company's integrity and customer-care standards. You will identify customer needs and provide solutions that solve their issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform sales presentations as outlined in the company selling process
* Inform customers of all special promotions, benefits of high efficiency equipment and optional equipment and products
* Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
Requirements:
* 2 years of outside sales experience
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector
* Experience and knowledge of residential HVAC systems and material costs (Preferred)
* Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
