Responsibilities
The Home Comfort Specialist will be responsible for:
- Driving new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with our integrity and customer-care standards.
- Determining customer needs and providing solutions that solve their issues and generate high referral-based sales.
- Educating potential customers on the value of our products and services, including special promotions, high-efficiency equipment, and optional equipment and products.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills and a team mentality to enhance productivity and work standards.
- Ability to build business in both the private and public sectors.
