Responsibilities
- Determine customer needs and provide solutions that solve their issues and generate referral-based sales
- Perform sales presentations, following our company's selling process
- Inform customers of special promotions, the benefits of high efficiency equipment, and optional products
- Document service performed and recommendations made
Requirements
- Proven track record of high-end sales closing
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to build business in the private sector and public sector
- Experience and knowledge of residential HVAC systems and material costs (preferred)
