Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients of all ages, demonstrating an exemplary bedside manner.
- Operate C-arm x-ray machines with confidence and expertise.
- Perform blood collections using vein puncture and capillary techniques.
- Ensure precise and timely data entry of patient information.
- Handle administrative and clerical duties as required.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work independently or as part of a team, showcasing reliability and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Medical Assistant certification from an accredited agency.
Additional Skills and Experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-paced environments.
- A compassionate and professional demeanor when assisting patients.
- Proficiency in multitasking and executing tasks efficiently under supervision.
- Computer literate, with experience in EHR and Microsoft Office applications.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
- A team-oriented mindset, focused on achieving both individual and group goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking ability.
- One or more years of experience in customer service.
- At least one year of experience in a medical office.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Practice Management systems.
