Responsibilities 

• Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients of all ages, demonstrating an exemplary bedside manner.
• Operate C-arm x-ray machines with confidence and expertise.
• Perform blood collections using vein puncture and capillary techniques.
• Ensure precise and timely data entry of patient information.
• Handle administrative and clerical duties as required.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Work independently or as part of a team, showcasing reliability and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medical Assistant certification from an accredited agency.

Additional Skills and Experience

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-paced environments.
• A compassionate and professional demeanor when assisting patients.
• Proficiency in multitasking and executing tasks efficiently under supervision.
• Computer literate, with experience in EHR and Microsoft Office applications.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
• A team-oriented mindset, focused on achieving both individual and group goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking ability.
• One or more years of experience in customer service.
• At least one year of experience in a medical office.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Practice Management systems.

• Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour 
• Expected Hours: 40 per week
