Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts for NexGen Virtual Office and NexGen Contact Solutions. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, build relationships with key decision-makers, and position NexGen Technologies as the preferred partner for virtual office solutions and BPO services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets for NexGen Virtual Office and NexGen Contact Solutions.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets, building strong relationships with C-suite executives, including CEOs, CIOs, and IT Directors.
• Customer Engagement: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions to exceed expectations.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to ensure continuous improvement and success.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of NexGen Virtual Office and NexGen Contact Solutions to effectively communicate value propositions and address client needs.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the SAaS or BPO industry.
• Strong experience in selling to enterprise-level clients, with a focus on C-suite engagement.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
• Familiarity with virtual office technologies, remote work solutions, or BPO services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
