What you will do
- Perform preventative maintenance procedures to production equipment, facility, and forklifts.
- Diagnose and perform equipment repairs as issues arise.
- Diagnose and perform tool repairs. Such as nail guns, staplers, and power tools.
- Follow all policies and procedures (ex. Lock Out/Tag Out).

Fire extinguisher inspection
Clear electric boxes and Exits -
Perform inside and outside facility maintenanceExamples
Painting , HVAC, Plumbing
Mowing ,weed whipping snow removal - Set up and/or move new and existing equipment.
- Manage inventory levels of repair parts.
- Stocking production of production materials and fasteners
- Clean/ Organize offices, shops, and bathrooms as needed.
- Cross train and work on production assembly lines as needed.
- Other additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience repairing power tools required.
- Combination of power tool repair training from a vocational school required.
Skills and Abilities
- Good mechanical skills and understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Must be computer literate, organized and accurate
- Occasional heavy lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have knowledge of threaded mechanical fasteners
- Ability to work overtime as needed
