Job Summary : We are seeking a hardworking and dependable General Laborer to join our team. This position involves a variety of manual tasks essential to our operations, with a focus on loading, unloading, and moving materials as a lumper.
The ideal candidate is physically fit, team-oriented, and able to adapt to different tasks and environments. Key Responsibilities : Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, organizing, and material handling.
Load and unload goods, equipment, and materials from trucks or containers. Ensure products are handled with care to prevent damage during loading / unloading.
Assist in sorting and stacking items as needed. Operate basic equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or hand tools safely.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy items (up to 50 75 lbs) consistently. Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods.
Ability to work in varying conditions, including outdoor environments and temperature extremes. Qualifications : Previous experience in general labor or as a lumper is an advantage but not required.
