The responsibilities are as follows :
1. Support the material planning team in monitoring inventory levels and forecasting needs.
2. Assist in creating and updating production schedules to align with order requirements.
3. Communicate with suppliers to track and expedite material deliveries as needed.
4. Analyze usage trends and provide recommendations for inventory replenishment.
5. Assist in identifying and addressing material shortages or surpluses.
Requirements :
1. Read and write in English
2. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
3. Proven experience in order processing, material planning, customer service, or a related role.
4. Proficiency in using order management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
