Account Manager - Payments Team
Location: San Francisco, CA (In-office, 5 days/week)
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Payments team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing customers, ensuring they get maximum value from our Payments product while driving long-term success.
What You’ll Do:
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with existing customers, acting as a strategic partner to help them unlock the full potential of our Payments solution.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to relay feedback and influence the future of our offering.
- Support onboarding, training, and optimization to help customers achieve their goals efficiently.
- Play a foundational role in scaling a new business motion - bring ideas, iterate quickly, and help shape our overall Payments account management strategy.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in San Francisco, where you’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
