Computer Aided Design Drafter

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing technical office policies and procedures related to drafting and design
• Review project contract documents, including design drawings and schedules, to ensure accurate execution
• Develop shop drawings and coordination drawings (composite drawings) based on project specifications, adhering to quality standards
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to resolve design conflicts
• Maintain and update the shop drawing log before submitting drawings for consultant approval
• Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify missing, conflicting, or unclear technical details
• Work closely with the field supervisor to provide accurate land coordinates and site measurements as required.• Identify, report, and assist in resolving any technical difficulties encountered during the construction phase
• Develop as-built drawings upon project completion for submission to the project consultant if necessary
• Prepare material submittals in alignment with project specifications and approval requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and standards
• Ability to interpret and analyze architectural, structural, and MEO drawings
• Effective communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams
• Korean and English Bilingual is required
