Key Accountabilities:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Evaluate and improve HR processes to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
