Technology Operations Manager
Nexien Inc. is seeking an experienced Technology Operations Manager to lead our team in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, system administration, and network management, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, security systems, and cloud solutions.
- Provide expert technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain system performance and security, ensuring data protection and compliance.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Deliver technical training and support to staff, ensuring they utilize IT resources effectively.
- Lead IT projects, such as infrastructure upgrades and system migrations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, and network management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
- Practical experience in troubleshooting networking, hardware, and software issues.
- Experience with firewalls, switches, VPNs, and cloud-based IT solutions.
- Able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Korean-English bilingual required.
