Responsibilities and Tasks
- Supervise and maintain our IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, networks, security systems, and cloud solutions.
- Offer advanced technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Investigate and troubleshoot problems with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize system performance and security.
- Establish and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Develop and deliver technical training and support to employees, ensuring they effectively utilize IT resources.
- Oversee IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades and system migrations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, and network management.
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
- Hands-on experience in resolving networking, hardware, and software-related issues.
- Knowledge of firewalls, switches, VPNs, and cloud-based IT solutions.
- Able to analyze and resolve intricate technical challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Korean-English bilingualism required.
