Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with SAP expertise in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry. In this role, you will lead SAP implementation, upgrades, and process improvements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while driving efficiency in business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end SAP projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business leaders, and regulatory teams, to define project objectives and success criteria.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA or other SAP module rollouts specific to Pharma (e.g., SAP QM, SAP ATTP, SAP EWM).
- Ensure SAP solutions meet GxP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements for Pharma/Life Sciences.
- Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage change processes effectively.
- Manage external SAP consultants and service providers for system implementation and support.
- Track project milestones, report progress to leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 20 years in SAP program/project management, preferably in the Pharma/Life Sciences domain.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP QM, SAP ATTP, SAP EWM, or other relevant modules in Pharma.
- Strong understanding of Pharma manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA, EMA), and validation processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams, influence stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies and tools like JIRA, MS Project, or SAP Solution Manager.
- Experience ensuring SAP systems comply with 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and validation standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, SAP Certified Professional, or Agile certifications.
