Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP WMS Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Shipping and Logistics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Shipping processes. This role requires a blend of technical and functional skills to design, configure, and implement SAP solutions for warehouse operations and shipping workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP WMS/EWM solutions for warehouse and shipping operations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations.
• Support inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, including picking, packing, shipping, and handling unit management.
• Integrate SAP WMS with Transportation Management (TM) and other logistics modules.
• Develop and customize SAP RF (Radio Frequency) transactions and enhancements.
• Work closely with business users to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
• Provide technical expertise in ABAP debugging, IDOCs, BAPIs, and user exits related to WMS and shipping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in SAP WMS/EWM implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience in SAP shipping processes, including delivery processing, carrier integration, and transportation planning.
• Strong understanding of SAP WM/EWM tables, RF framework, and SAP Logistics Execution (LE).
• Technical knowledge in ABAP, IDOCs, and integration with third-party systems (e.g., carriers, 3PLs) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM.
• Knowledge of SAP TM (Transportation Management).
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
