About the Role
As a Field Engineer, you'll be the boots on the ground ensuring that our projects move from blueprints to reality with precision and excellence. You'll collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to oversee project execution, solve technical challenges, and maintain quality standards. While this role is remote-based, it requires extensive travel to project sites across different locations.

What You'll Do
On-Site Project Execution : Oversee construction activities, ensuring work aligns with design plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Quality Control & Assurance : Inspect project sites, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
Technical Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve on-site technical challenges in real time, ensuring minimal project delays.
Surveying & Site Layout : Assist with land surveys, topographic mapping, and site layout planning using advanced engineering tools.
Stakeholder Coordination : Serve as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
Safety Compliance : Enforce safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure OSHA and company safety regulations are followed.
Material & Equipment Management : Coordinate the delivery and use of construction materials and heavy equipment, ensuring efficiency.
Progress Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed project logs, daily reports, and photo documentation to track project milestones.
Testing & Inspections : Conduct field testing of materials, analyze results, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Schedule & Budget Monitoring : Assist in keeping projects on time and within budget by identifying cost-saving measures and process improvements.
Client Interaction & Reporting : Provide project updates, respond to client inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.
What We are Looking For
Education & Experience :
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3 years of experience in field engineering, site supervision, or construction management.
Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects preferred.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, or similar construction management software.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and contractor interactions.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and precision.
Willingness to travel extensively to different project sites.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Required) :
PE (Professional Engineer) License or working towards certification.
OSHA Safety Certification.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
LEED Accreditation for sustainable construction practices.
