Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of short-form video content, social media strategy, and brand storytelling. This role is for someone who can manage client accounts, develop marketing campaigns, oversee content execution, and create high-quality Reels and short-form videos that align with current social trends.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and highly creative, with the ability to take ownership of projects while working within a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on short-form video and Reels.
- Oversee and contribute to the creation, editing, and optimization of Reels, TikToks, and other video content.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring brand voice, strategy, and goals are consistently met.
- Work with content creators to produce high-quality, on-brand assets.
- Oversee social media management, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Utilize Notion for project management, content planning, and approval workflows.
- Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite.
- Ensure timely content delivery and campaign execution.
Qualifications
- 2 years in marketing management, preferably in digital or e-commerce marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy, audience targeting, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in Instagram Reels, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, and scheduling tools like Later.
- Experience in Notion or other project management tools.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date with social media trends and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
