We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to work from our Kilgore office.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting software and hardware issues effectively.
- Manage computer systems and ensure optimal performance through regular maintenance.
- Assist with desktop support, including VPN configuration and network connectivity.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other relevant tools to enhance productivity.
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to resolve IT-related inquiries.
- Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for system updates.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
