As a House Cleaning Professional at NexLvl Services, we’re seeking individuals who are highly motivated, results-driven, and customer obsessed. You will play a pivotal role in our company’s success through providing next level customer experiences for standard, deep, and move out/in cleanings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional cleaning services for standard, deep, and move out/in cleanings for both residential and commercial properties.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning preferences and address any concerns.
- Be reliable and show up on time to scheduled appointments.
- Pay attention to detail to ensure all requirements for the task at hand are completed, along with the required checklist filled out and pictures uploaded.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in professional house cleaning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Possess own vehicle and provide own mop/vacuum, duster, towel/rags, broom(s), and cleaning solutions
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Ideally someone who lives in the East Valley!
Schedule:
- The initial workload will consist of 2-5 jobs per week. Once it is evident that the individual can provide a superior experience to clients, the workload will gradually increase until they become full-time at NexLvl Services.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
