Job Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist / AI Architect to join our team in Redwood City, SF Bay Area. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with deep expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Python. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI / ML solutions, leading end-to-end ML system development, and contributing to strategic decision-making. This role requires strong hands-on technical skills as well as the ability to architect scalable, enterprise-level AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and design scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions for complex business problems.
• Develop and optimize AI / ML algorithms, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI / ML projects, from data collection, preprocessing, modeling, and deployment to monitoring and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring and implementing the latest advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning.
• Ensure best practices in ML model validation, interpretability, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Work with big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to scale AI / ML solutions.
• Implement MLOps practices to streamline deployment, monitoring, and retraining of ML models in production.
