This role requires a visionary leader who excels in designing and implementing scalable AI / ML solutions while driving innovation and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and design scalable and enterprise-level AI / ML models to solve complex business challenges.
- Develop and optimize AI / ML algorithms to ensure high performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Lead the end-to-end AI / ML lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, modeling, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring and implementing the latest advancements in AI, ML, deep learning, and data science.
- Ensure best practices in ML model validation, interpretability, and performance optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Work with big data technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure to scale AI / ML solutions.
- Implement MLOps practices to streamline deployment, monitoring, and retraining of ML models in production.
