We are seeking a detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to manage and enhance internal and external communication strategies. In this role, you will oversee content creation, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support company objectives.
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other content.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal communications between departments.
- Manage relationships with vendors, media outlets, and other external partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
- Organize and support company events, presentations, and speaking engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Communications Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
- Knowledge of design and branding principles is a plus.
