Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Manage scheduling for appointments and meetings
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-maintained
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate communication between departments and clients
- Support other administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role
