Your role will involve overseeing project schedules, managing resources, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as a liaison between clients, designers, and project managers to ensure project objectives are clear and understood.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting as needed.
- Organize and facilitate meetings to update stakeholders on project status.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure resource allocation is optimized.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Experience in the design or creative industry is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
