Role Description : We are seeking a dedicated Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standard of service and efficiency for which Nexos Invest is known. The successful candidate will be integral in managing our loan servicing operations, ensuring each client interaction is handled with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our loan portfolio, ensuring all loans are serviced in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses to questions regarding loan terms, payment issues, and account status.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of loan transactions, including adjustments, payment history, and account balances.
- Collaborate with the loan origination team to facilitate smooth transitions from loan closing to servicing.
- Monitor loans for compliance with terms and initiate follow-up actions for delinquencies, including coordinating with collections or legal as necessary.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on loan portfolio status to management, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Experience with The Mortgage Office (TMO) loan servicing software is highly desirable.
- Implement and refine loan servicing procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in special projects related to loan servicing as required.
