As a Chemical Operator at Nexpera, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling plant systems, operating equipment, and maintaining safety standards. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of process control principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key qualifications include:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including overtime, nights, weekends, holidays and short notice call-in if required
