The Process Integration and Development Engineer is responsible for the integration and optimization of processes in the BCD technology.
What You Will Do
- In charge of inline tracing, unit process development, process integration of BCD process to meet performance and yield targets.
- Conduct device manual testing, wafer-level reliability evaluation and failure analysis to drive continuous process improvements.
- Design and implement DOE plan to optimize key process parameters and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with device design and foundry teams to ensure seamless integration of process modules, and support technology transfer and mass production ramp-up.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Electronics, Optics, Chemistry, Microelectronics, Physics, or related fields. 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with preference for candidates with process R&D or integration experience.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor process integration and device physics, familiarity with semiconductor process development workflows, and hands-on expertise in DOE design and implementation.
- Proficiency in inline tracing, WLR/FA techniques (e.g., SEM/TEM analysis) and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Skilled in data analysis tools like JMP/Minitab.
- Strong communication skills in English; adaptable to cross-regional teamwork.
