- Pay: $45/class, plus 50 cents per mile if driving more than 20m roundtrip.
- Location: Highland Elementary School(1843 Graham Rd, Stow OH 44224).
- Dates: Until Nov 12th.
- Grades: 1st to 4th.
- Days: Tuesdays.
- Time: 4:00 to 5:00 pm.
- STEM knowledge: Needed.
- Nexplore Enrichments (www.nexploreusa.com): is an after-school program. You will be teaching our Robocoding program to school-age children.
Qualifications:
- Part-time position.
- 2 years teaching/instructing (preferred).
- Passion for education and fostering the joy of learning in children.
- Experience working with children.
- Educational (development or training) experience.
- Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
- Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Willing to complete a background check and fingerprints.
- Willing to complete mandatory training.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and educational after-school activities for children
- Implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe environment for all students.
- Provide individualized support to students who require extra assistance.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school administration.
- Utilize first aid skills when necessary to ensure the well-being of students.
