What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chess Teacher position at Nexplore Enrichments?

The short version of this description is:
- Pay: $45-60/class depending on skill level, plus 50 cents per mile if driving more than 20m roundtrip.
- Schedule: Either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (whatever works best for you) from 3:20 - 4:20
- Location: Green Primary School (2300 Graybill Rd, Uniontown, OH 44685)
- Dates: Starting first week of February

Qualifications:
- Part-time position
- AA Degree (or higher)
- 2 years teaching/instructing (preferred)
- Passion for education and fostering the joy of learning in children
- Experience working with children
- Educational (development or training) experience
- Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
- Must commit to the full proposed schedule
- Great communication and presentation skills
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to complete a background check and fingerprints
- Willing to complete mandatory training

Responsibilities
- Implement engaging chess lesson plans tailored to children's skill levels.
- Foster a positive learning environment through effective classroom management techniques.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing individualized support as needed.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
