What are the responsibilities and job description for the STEM Instructor position at Nexplore Enrichments?

- Pay: $45/class, plus 50 cents per mile if driving more than 20m roundtrip.
- Location: Joseph and Florence Mandel Jewish Day School (26500 Shaker Blvd, Beachwood, OH 44122).
- Dates: Wednesdays 11 weeks starting the week of March 12th.
- Time: 3:45 to 4:45pm.
- Nexplore Enrichments (www.nexploreusa.com): is an after-school program. You will be teaching our Robotics with Edison programming to school-aged children (curriculum and materials are provided).
Qualifications:
- Part-time position.
- Passion for education and fostering the joy of learning in children.
- Experience working with children
- Educational (development or training) experience.
- Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
- Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Willing to complete a background check and fingerprints.
- Willing to complete mandatory training.

- Supervise and engage children in various activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Implement Nexplore's lesson plans that promote learning and development through play and structured activities.
- Manage classroom behavior and foster positive interactions among students.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
