Description:
NexPoint has an immediate opening for a bright, ambitious individual that will be responsible for providing ongoing support to the National Accounts Team in various capacities. The National Accounts team builds and maintains the selling group and acts as the relationship manager to its Broker Dealers, RIAs, and Family Offices for NexPoint’s investment products.
The National Accounts Coordinator will handle a wide range of responsibilities with the main purpose of supporting efforts to strategically position NexPoint’s products in those distribution channels and help drive vital business strategy and due diligence initiatives. The National Accounts Coordinator works closely with the National Accounts Team, other internal departments, and interacts externally with the company’s selling group members.
Responsibilities:
- Support the National Accounts team in their daily activities
- Organize and complete all due diligence inquiries received from Industry/Investment Partners
- Act as a liaison between the National Accounts team and other internal departments
- Track opportunities and activity, pulling reports, and monitoring data in our CRM database
- Implement strategic initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
- Identify and assist in creative marketing opportunities and campaigns to increase company exposure
- Enter data and maintain team database, calendar, and ongoing project log
- Act as team Salesforce expert to run and analyze sales/activity trends
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of National Accounts
- Create and update presentations to be used for conferences, prospect meetings, etc.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree required. Focus in business, marketing or related field preferred
- Experience in real estate, events, marketing, sales or financial services preferred
- Strong computer skills, specifically MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus
- Passion for organization, data, and improving processes through efficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, energetic, thrives in a fast-paced environment
