- Salary: $12 per hour
- Hours: Available at least 20 hours per week, set your own schedule within hours of operation (Mon-Fri 8am to 7pm ET)
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients needing home healthcare services. You will receive and respond to incoming calls from providers-referral sources-and-potential patients. Your responsibilities will include reviewing patient history as necessary, answering questions, verifying patient membership, collecting and entering clinical and demographic information into the client's patient portal, helping set appointments, and providing technical support as needed.
