Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing essential support for financial reporting. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger accounting and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure that all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting processes to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Experience
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with a strong understanding of corporate accounting practices.
- Must know on line quick book, we do not provider training.
