Duties

- Assist in the preparation of reports related to patient care and medical statistics.
- Respond to inquiries regarding patient records from authorized personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication regarding patient information.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of medical records management systems is highly desirable.
