Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing data entry, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
  • Provide administrative support by organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Assist with customer support by responding to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and preparing reports.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and vendors.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Google Suite applications.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes as needed.
